My research focuses on gender studies (domestic violence, women's health, livelihood, ageing, unpaid work, child marriage, quality of living ), public health (reproductive & maternal health, psycho-social well-being & mental health), urbanization & urban sociology, informal livelihoods & labour issues, children in alternative care institutions, adolescent & youth development, migration, marginalization & intersectionality, safeguarding & protection policy.
CIRCLE membership would enable me learning from, networking & collaborating with other researchers working on India, South Asia & Canada. This is a great platform to work together on similar research interests and participate in engaging discussions across the disciplines.
