I am pleased to be a member of this esteemed Centre for Learning based on my professional knowledge, experience, and expertise in the field of Library & Information Science.

This academic engagement can be of promise for me in addressing the needs of a brighter community of learners engaged in the pursuit of research and training. Indeed my interest goes through the dynamics of quantitative research in the area of scientometrics employing statistical tools and techniques. However, my areas of interest include digital scholarship, metadata engineering, Open scholarship, and research data management.

Due to my pursued interest and persistent endeavors, I have been recognized as a member of the Re3data Editorial Board (a landmark initiative for open data funded by the German Research Foundation) and also considered an integral part of its Metadata Development Team. Otherwise, involved in teaching, projects, and numerous other professional activities with commitments and deep concern.

Having worked in a scientific and technical capacity, I am impassioned to bridge the gap between research and practice. However, my professional and research experiences in different capacities can make a substantial difference in the quality of teaching and guidance in information science.

I stand committed to rendering my best services through research, teaching, and numerous other activities for the development of this Centre of eminence.
