CIRCLE Director Guneet Kaur and University of Guelph President Rene Van Acker attend CIF'S Global Inclusive Prosperity Forum 2026

The Canada India Foundation (CIF), longtime collaborator of both CIRCLE and the University, invited government leaders and prominent figures in academia and business to their leadership summit this past Friday, September 11. The Global Inclusive Prosperity Forum (GIPF) 2026 featured panels and discussions regarding geopolitical, technological, and sociocultural change on an international level, marking CIF'S first forum of this calibre.

President Rene Van Acker delivered a keynote speech on the future of inclusive prosperity, highlighting one of the conference's key themes. CIRCLE's own Dr. Guneet Kaur spoke about the role of academia as a co-creator with industry and farmers to drive inclusive prosperity in a panel session titled "Learning as an Engine of Change." This contribution aligns with CIRCLE's mission to improve life through sustained knowledge exchange.
