As a PhD Scholar and Senior Research Fellow, my research focuses on the implementation and evaluation of maternal and child health frameworks in India. I specialize in assessing national welfare initiatives, specifically the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) and Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). Utilizing tools like NVivo and SPSS, I analyze the intersection of policy design and grassroots delivery. Drawing from extensive fieldwork and stakeholder coordination in Himachal Pradesh, my work aims to optimize administrative governance and resource allocation to ensure that social security schemes effectively reach and support vulnerable populations.

I am eager to join Circle Membership to transition my academic expertise into high-impact professional networks. As a PhD Scholar specializing in maternal health policy, I recognize that true systemic change requires collaboration beyond the university. I am drawn to this community to engage with diverse leaders, refine my strategic consultancy skills, and contribute my insights on welfare implementation. Being part of CIRCLE allows me to stay at the forefront of policy innovation while building the connections necessary to scale my research into actionable solutions. I seek a space that values both intellectual rigour and professional excellence.
