Local or traditional knowledge has always been an important part of life of various communities. I’m present times among many challenges that globe face, food remains an important component drawing commonality. What defines good food and health from the lens of community is what my research focused upon. This is beneficial in the sense to understand community knowledge beyond existing frameworks of knowing which will help in developing the idea of real well-being.
