I am completing an IDS Honours Undergraduate Thesis as part of my requirements for my B.A. in International Development Studies. My thesis will employ social media analytics methods to investigate the use of social media during the recovery phase of disaster events. My previous research experience focused on social media research ethics and methods using a case study on climate change (mis)information sharing on X (Twitter).

After two years working with CIRCLE I have recently moved into the role of Writing & Outreach Facilitator. I will provide mentorship to new RAs with CIRCLE, guiding them through the writing and content creation process while developing methods to evaluate the impact of CIRCLE's writing and outreach activities on our core program areas. Throughout the duration of my appointment I have loved interviewing scholars and honing my writing skills to create engaging content showcasing research excellence within our network.
