I am working as a Scientist (Agricultural Economics) in ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Haryana, India. The main mandate of our Institute is to look into research, extension and human resource requirement of the Indian dairy sector. I am also working in these three areas in general and in the area of dairy economics to be specific.
I am in Guelph for a short period of 5 months. I joined UoG in late September and will be here till February, 2023. I came to know about CIRCLE through my mentor in UoG- Dr. Rakhal Sarker, Assoc. Prof., FARE. I feel CIRCLE can be a good opportunity to have a glimpse of the work being carried out related to India/South Asia in Canada.
