Hosted by CIRCLE and facillated by Daniel Atlin (former VP External, University of Guelph) join Aparna Bhasin as she talks about her research on strategies for scaling impact.
Scaling what works has become a non-profit catchphrase. Yet, organisations often scale their innovations rather than scaling results. This research uses a case study approach to identify strategies towards an organisation’s journey to scaling impact. The study builds on previous research that presents three different configurations of scale – scaling out, scaling deep and scaling up.
