We use stories to explain to ourselves and others who we are and what we do. For that reason, global storytelling is a key pillar of the university’s Global Engagement Plan. In this interactive session, the speaker will invite the participants to reflect on the global dimensions of their activities at the university, and how those could shape the larger narratives of global engagement at the University of Guelph.
About the speaker: Stuart McCook has been a faculty member in the University of Guelph's History Department since 2003, where he teaches courses in global history, Latin American history and environmental history.
