In light of global changes, the results of various digital extension services have been unsatisfactory. This webinar aims to identify dairy farmers’ attitudes, sociocultural norms, risks, and barriers that influence their actual use of digital extension services to improve livelihoods in Vavuniya, Sri Lanka. It employs an exploratory sequential mixed-method approach. The webinar highlights a gap between dairy farmers' perceptions and those of experts, which affects farmers' decision-making regarding the use of these services. Ultimately, it seeks to propose a strategy for effective dairy digital extension services and contribute to a better understanding of dairy farmers’ livelihoods.
